Federal and Arizona returns, including rental property, retirement income, education credits, and the year something big changed: a new job, a marriage, a home sale, or an inheritance.

Services
Most clients come for their tax return and stay because it is easier to have one person who already understands their situation.
Federal and Arizona returns, including rental property, retirement income, education credits, and the year something big changed: a new job, a marriage, a home sale, or an inheritance.
Sole proprietors, LLCs, partnerships and S corporations. Kathy also helps you choose the right business structure before you file, which is often where the real savings are.
A mid-year review so April has no surprises: quarterly estimated payments, retirement contributions, timing of large purchases, and what a pay raise or side business will cost you in tax.
Paychecks, quarterly payroll returns, Arizona withholding and unemployment filings, and year-end W-2s and 1099s, done on time so penalties never start.
Got a letter from the IRS or the Arizona Department of Revenue? Kathy reads it, explains it in plain English, and responds for you. Prior-year and unfiled returns, too.
About Kathy
Kathy Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona. She has spent her career preparing individual and small-business tax returns, and she has built her practice one referral at a time. Clients describe her as competent, patient and kind, which is what you want from the person reading your financial life.
Her practice is deliberately small. That means no hand-offs to a junior preparer you have never met, and no call center. When you have a question in July, you reach Kathy.
[KATHY TO ADD: education, years licensed, memberships such as AICPA or the Arizona Society of CPAs]
